The Campus People Watchers staked out a publicity event put on by 7 Days a Cappella. The event was held in the Northside lobby of Pioneer hall, but there wasn’t an open seat in the house. The event was about forty-five minutes long and featured a lot of hip, poppy music from today.  The group sang songs by bands like Coldplay, and even featured the rap song “the way I are” by Timbaland. The group featured a great beat-boxer and fifteen singers of both sexes and multiple ethnicities. All the singers were high quality, and left us People Watchers with our jaws dropped; which was unsurprising as they were preparing to compete at a national competition.

Recommendation: I you are interested in singing competitively, and have fun singing anything then 7 Days a Cappella is for you. The group looks like they are comprised of a great group of friends, so if you want to bond over some windpipe flexing this group is for you.
